Pervirella, a stunning young woman, resides in the fantastical land of Condon, besieged by the tyrannical reign of Queen Victoria. The queen, obsessed with power, erects a wall and enforces a brutal "Monarchy of Terror" against intellectuals and unconventional thinkers, forcing many into the shadows to create the "Cult of Perv." After the leader's death, her child, Pervirella, matures rapidly, displaying extraordinary talents, including uncontrollable nymphomania triggered by her enchanted necklace. As various factions—including rebels, Victoria’s agents, and a trio of witches—pursue her, she joins forces with the campy spy Amicus Reilly, embarking on wild escapades
