During the winter of 2012/2013, Teton Gravity Research launched The Co-Lab, an innovative open-source film competition. This initiative provided aspiring athletes and filmmakers with a unique platform to showcase their creativity and talent. The result was a vibrant display of fresh perspectives and storytelling, allowing a new wave of voices in the action sports community to emerge and captivate audiences. By blending diverse narratives and artistic visions, The Co-Lab redefined how films in this genre could be created and shared.
