Rick Penning approaches life with the same intensity as his rugby game—fast and fierce. After a reckless lifestyle lands him in prison, he’s given a lifeline by warden Marcus Tate, who encourages him to join the Highland Rugby team. Initially hesitant, Rick soon faces the rigorous training demands set by Coach Gelwix. To reclaim his freedom and prove himself, he must adapt to teamwork and discipline, balancing the challenges of sport with his turbulent past.
