"Rat Film" is a thought-provoking documentary that delves into the intertwined lives of these resilient creatures and the people who coexist with them. By examining the relationship between humans and rats—those who nurture, share spaces with, or eradicate them—the film offers a unique lens on Baltimore's history, culture, and social divides.
