Nothing But Nerves

Robert Benchley discovers that his anxiety has reached alarming levels. His hands tremble so violently that even drinking coffee becomes a challenge. Convinced that the arrival of some plumbers is part of a larger scheme to keep him on edge, he spirals further into paranoia. As he navigates through his fears, the absurdity of his situation leads to a series of humorous and relatable moments, highlighting the struggle against his own overactive imagination. The film cleverly blends comedy with a commentary on anxiety and the chaos it can cause in everyday life.
