Dr. Richard Sturgess heads a dedicated group of physicians at a veterans’ hospital, working alongside Drs. Morgan, Handleman, and Van Dorn to ensure that veterans receive the quality care they desperately need. Confronted by dwindling resources and a corrupt administration, the team is forced to navigate the murky waters of bureaucracy. Their struggle against "Article 99," a harmful regulation that obstructs access to essential benefits, drives them to challenge the system and advocate fiercely for their patients' rights. Compassion and defiance become their tools in this battle for justice.
