Troll Storm

Troll Storm delves into the complexities of free speech through the harrowing experience of Tanya Gersh, a Jewish woman from Montana who faced a relentless antisemitic harassment campaign online. Her journey to seek justice in court becomes a path to healing, as she states, “The second I decided to fight, I started to heal.” While set against a backdrop from several years ago, the film resonates deeply with today’s rising antisemitism. Interwoven with interviews from a Holocaust survivor, director Eunice Lau draws unsettling parallels between past and present, urging society to confront this dangerous culture of hate.
