On Independence Day weekend, the body of Sgt. Sam Harper, a soldier long thought dead, mysteriously reanimates. With a fierce sense of duty and patriotism, he embarks on a mission to exact vengeance on those who show disdain for their country. As the festivities unfold, Harper's ghostly presence becomes a chilling reminder of the sacrifices made for freedom, and he seeks to instill a sense of patriotism in those who have strayed from their national values. The line between celebration and horror blurs as he enforces his own brand of justice.
