Jesus, Mary and Joey

In his twenties and lacking direction, Joey Vitello still resides with his vibrant Italian-American family when he unexpectedly reconnects with his childhood friend, Mary O'Callahan. Once derided as 'Scary Mary,' she has transformed into a stunning woman after overcoming a fierce battle with cancer. Discovering that her recovery was deemed miraculous, Joey's friendship with Mary evolves into a romance, as she introduces him to the spiritual journey toward God. This newfound faith ignites a clash with his family's beliefs, leading to a whirlwind of chaos as they all seek their own miracles.
