During the rehearsals for a flamenco ballet inspired by Bizet's "Carmen," choreographer Antonio becomes infatuated with the lead dancer, Carmen, who embodies a strong sense of independence. As their professional relationship deepens, Antonio's emotions spiral into jealousy and possessiveness, mirroring the turmoil of Don José from the opera. This intense dynamic creates a captivating yet troubling blend of fiction and reality, as Antonio struggles to separate his artistic vision from his personal feelings for the passionate and free-spirited Carmen.
