Dr. Black, a dedicated physician at a Watts clinic, finds himself grappling with a sinister transformation. Consumed by the very drugs he prescribes, he morphs into a terrifying figure—a brutal white serial killer who preys on sex workers. As he navigates the chaotic streets of Los Angeles, the line between savior and predator blurs, leading to a shocking exploration of race, morality, and the duality of human nature. His descent into madness raises unsettling questions about identity and the consequences of unchecked power.
