Laura, anxiously awaiting the arrival of her first child, feels increasingly isolated as her husband, Steven, struggles to balance work and family life. With her mother far away and her dreams slipping away, Laura's anxiety peaks after a traumatic C-section. A strange babysitter adds to her paranoia, leading her to question her reality and the people around her. As her grip on sanity loosens, she spirals into a self-destructive mindset, battling both her inner demons and the unsettling circumstances surrounding her new life.
