Bright Green Lies

Bright Green Lies critically examines the evolution of the mainstream environmental movement, shifting from genuine nature conservation to an emphasis on sustaining an unsustainable lifestyle through technology. The documentary challenges the belief that renewable energy sources like solar, wind, and hydro, along with green consumerism, can effectively save the planet. By confronting contemporary environmental dilemmas, the film urges viewers to dig deeper and reconsider the fundamental changes necessary for true ecological progress, rather than relying on conventional technological fixes that may not address the root causes of environmental degradation.
