A talented young hockey player aims to impress professional scouts while playing in a Canadian minor league town. As he navigates the competitive rink, he faces the pressure to prove his toughness in fights, a necessity in the rough world of hockey. Complicating matters is his romantic involvement with the coach's daughter, adding layers of tension both on and off the ice. Balancing ambition with personal relationships, he must learn what it takes to succeed in a sport where skill and bravado often collide.
