China, home to a rich heritage and 400 million people, faces a dire threat from Japanese invaders. As cities crumble, civilians flee, showcasing their resilience against destruction. Amidst the turmoil, traditional practices remain, with water buffalo tilling fields while camels traverse the arid landscapes. Dr. Sun Yat-sen's vision for a modern republic comes to life under Chiang Kai-shek’s leadership, leading efforts to repel the invasion. With support from the U.S. and industrious production in remote villages, the Chinese fight back with modern weaponry, all while enduring relentless reprisals targeting innocent civilians. Hope hangs in the balance.
