Lucia’s life appears picture-perfect: a devoted husband, a young son, and Cristina, her closest friend since university. Yet, during a languid summer holiday in a fading seaside village, where the two couples share sun-soaked days, she feels a gnawing ache for the woman she used to be. Beneath the calm surface, a restless hunger stirs. When a man from her past—a figure she could never truly have—reappears within their circle, he becomes a tantalizing spark, giving her an excuse to chase something beyond the easy comfort she's been given.
