How to Make Gravy

Joe, a prisoner, pens a heartfelt letter to his brother Dan, expressing his deep yearning to reunite with family during the Christmas season. As he reflects on the joys of holiday gatherings, he particularly mourns his inability to prepare the traditional gravy for the roast. The emotional weight of his words reveals the bond he shares with his loved ones and the nostalgia of togetherness he longs for. Inspired by Paul Kelly's beloved Australian song, this touching narrative captures the essence of family and the bittersweet nature of absence during festive times.
