Set against the backdrop of pre-World War II Austria, a spirited postulant from a convent is appointed as the governess for a widowed naval captain’s seven children. As she navigates the challenges of her new role, her infectious joy and passion for music breathe life into the household, transforming the family's dynamic. Through her guidance, the children learn to embrace their creativity and find happiness, while the captain grapples with his own emotional barriers. The story beautifully intertwines themes of love, resilience, and the power of music in healing hearts.
