Amidst a factory strike, factory worker Joe, a devoted family man, chooses to stay loyal to his job instead of joining the walkout. As tensions escalate, Joe faces not only the anger of his peers but also the potential fallout for his family. The film explores themes of loyalty, courage, and the personal cost of standing alone in a collective struggle.
