In the heart of Monte Bello, El Salvador, a Catholic priest runs a sinister operation hidden within the church. Under the guise of faith, he has established a secret surgical facility where he harvests organs from kidnapped victims, peddling them on the black market. As the community remains oblivious to the dark undercurrents, the priest's morally corrupt actions pose a chilling contrast to his sacred vows. Tension mounts as the consequences of his actions threaten to unravel, raising questions about faith, morality, and the depths of human depravity.
