Charismatic 23-year-old Skipper Todd (Robert F. Lyons) captivates the youth of a small California town, drawing high school girls into the desert for a night of excitement. Underneath his charm lies a dark side, as not every girl makes it back. Based on the chilling true story of 1960s thrill-killer Charles Schmidt, known as "The Pied Piper of Tucson," the film features a memorable cast, including Richard Thomas as Todd's devoted friend, along with notable performances by Barbara Bel Geddes, Gloria Grahame, Edward Asner, Fay Spain, James Broderick, and Michael Conrad.
