Set against the backdrop of pre-revolutionary Russia, a haunting exploration unfolds through the interaction of a spectral figure from the past and his modern-day caretaker. The narrative subtly hints at the presence of Anton Chekhov, alongside a young curator dedicated to preserving his legacy at a museum in Crimea. Their meeting serves as a catalyst for reflection and introspection, blending history and memory in a thought-provoking manner. While the connection remains implicit, the film invites viewers to ponder the weight of the past on the present.
