Artist Margaret Church returns to her childhood home after years away, intending to complete a portrait of her aging parents. However, she is met with an unexpected revelation: her parents have made the difficult decision to sell the family home. As Margaret grapples with this change, she confronts her own emotional ties to the past and the family dynamics that have evolved over time. The journey becomes not just about painting their likeness, but about capturing the essence of their shared memories and the bittersweet nature of letting go.
