A group of eccentric, struggling actors gathers in a dimly lit Greenwich Village basement to stage a hilariously disastrous play. As the director's grand ambitions clash with chaotic rehearsals, backstage rivalries spiral into absurd, melodramatic confrontations. Shot live at the legendary Caffe Cino, Andy Milligan's unfinished spoof captures the raw, frantic energy of off-Broadway’s underground scene before the cameras stopped rolling for good.
