Samurai Spy

After years of conflict, Japan finds unity under the Tokugawa shogunate, and samurai spy Sasuke Sarutobi yearns for tranquility. However, chaos ensues when high-ranking spy Tatewaki Koriyama switches allegiances from the shogun to a rival clan. Caught in the middle, Sasuke embarks on a mission to track down Tatewaki, while a mysterious figure in a white hood seems to be pursuing them both. As the story unfolds, identities are revealed, and the truth proves to be more personal than anyone anticipated. Directed by Masahiro Shinoda, Samurai Spy offers a fresh take on the genre, blending clan politics, ninja antics, and unexpected betrayals.
