Maggie Cheung, a celebrated action star from Hong Kong, travels to France to take on a role in a remake of the iconic silent film Les Vampires, directed by a washed-up filmmaker. Struggling with the language barrier and the eccentricities of the film world, she dons a tight rubber catsuit, navigating the chaos and absurdities that come with the production. As she immerses herself in the role, Cheung grapples with her identity and the blurred lines between reality and fiction in this satirical exploration of the film industry.
