Tora-san's Island Encounter

Tora-san's neighbor, Akemi, flees from her work-obsessed husband, prompting Tora-san to chase her to Shikinejima in hopes of convincing her to return home. Along the way, he stumbles upon a group heading to a school reunion, aiming to reconnect with their former elementary teacher, echoing themes from Keisuke Kinoshita's classic, Twenty-Four Eyes. As Tora-san immerses himself in this nostalgic gathering, he unexpectedly finds himself smitten with the charming teacher, adding a new layer of romantic complexity to his journey.
