The tiny Italian village buzzes with anticipation as the townsfolk prepare to welcome their new physician, long convinced the doctor would be a man. When the gorgeous Sigrun S. steps off the bus, their expectations are hilariously upended. Her arrival ignites a chaotic chain of comedic mishaps, as flustered villagers scramble to adjust—stumbling over themselves, tripping over luggage, and fumbling through awkward encounters—all while Sigrun navigates their charmingly clumsy attempts to reconcile reality with their assumptions.
