Set in the vibrant 1990s, the narrative unfolds in the outskirts of Rome, particularly Ostia, where the lure of wealth, flashy cars, and nightlife entices the young and ambitious. Vittorio and Cesare, both in their early twenties, navigate this hedonistic landscape filled with cocaine and designer drugs in their quest for success. As they chase their dreams amidst temptation and moral ambiguity, their story reveals the allure and risks of a life driven by excess and ambition. The film captures the essence of youth caught between aspiration and the darker side of indulgence.
