Set in a tuberculosis ward, a fresh batch of patients quickly becomes enamored with a charming nurse. Directed by Gerald Thomas, Twice Round the Daffodils features a talented ensemble, including Juliet Mills and Donald Sinden, and is based on the play Ring for Catty by Patrick Cargill and Jack Beale. While it shares a comedic spirit with the Carry On films, it stands apart as its own distinct narrative. With a blend of humor and heart, the film captures the camaraderie and antics of its endearing characters amidst their shared struggles.
