A young woman’s decision to dig into her town’s buried Nazi history sets off a firestorm of hostility. As she unearths uncomfortable truths, the tight-knit community closes ranks, turning her into a pariah. Neighbors who once smiled now shun her, and the past she’s exposed threatens to consume her present. The deeper she digs, the clearer it becomes that some secrets are guarded with desperate, dangerous resolve.
