Gary Hustwit’s documentary, created in partnership with R/GA for the 2016 Venice Architecture Biennale, explores the evolving concept of the office. It delves into the historical, contemporary, and future aspects of workplace design, highlighting innovation and experimentation. The film centers on the development of R/GA's New York headquarters, crafted alongside architects Foster + Partners. As digital technology reshapes our work habits, the documentary questions how physical environments can adapt to enhance interaction between digital and physical realms, addressing the disconnect between our workspaces and the demands of modern technology.
