Throughout his career, Simpson has achieved remarkable success with ten top 40 albums on the UK Albums Chart, five of which climbed into the top 10. He has secured four number one singles with Busted and two top 20 hits with Fightstar. Their third studio album, *Night Driver*, debuted in November 2016, followed by the release of their fourth album, *Half Way There*, on February 1, 2019, which reached number two in the UK charts.
